Teal Graphic Floral Deco Print Halter Dress

Super cute halter dress with pockets and ruffle tie neck. Very low cut back. Purchased in an expensive boutique in NYC. Elastic back so will fit a range of sizes, probably best for a medium or large. Approximate B size cups. Good used condition. Slight fraying on one on the tie straps (see photo); does not detract when worn, and easily mendable if desired.
