Teal Peplum Cocktail Dress by Cynthia Steffe

Pretty ponte cocktail dress with sheer shoulders. Cute peplum smoothes out hips and accentuates waist. Top is silk lined. Bottom is unlined meaning you can wear any shaper or slip you like. (I usually wore without a slip/shaper, but with black tights or black pantyhose.) Excellent pre-loved condition. Worn maybe 3-4 times. Sizing is similar to Banana Republic or J. Crew 0. Color: Deep Jade.
