Teal Plunge Flare Dress

This item is a cute teal dress that flares. I’m 5’2” and it was a little above my knees. It plunges and shows cleavage. It has a cross strap and zipper on the back. It’s a thicker material so it’ll hold its shape. I wore this once for New Years. I wore it with a pair of black heel booties and a leather jacket. True to size and in brand new condition.
