Teal Romper/Skort

This adorable romper came from Nordstrom Rack and was worn once to sorority recruitment. It has a gorgeous embroidered overlay and is lined. This sleeveless gem measures 31 inches long and has a v-neck with clasp, and the cutest tie with tassels. The waist is 24 inches, but its elastic gives it a lot of stretch.
