Teal Short Bodycon Lace & Cutout Cocktail Dress

Beautiful real blue cocktail dress. Top has tank style sleeves (approx. 2 in.) with a scoop neck line. The top is loose fitting with an elastic waist which then goes into the beautiful sparkling lace fitted bottom. Open back with straps. Not see through at all. Approx. 31 inches long. Small makeup mark around the neck on right side (shown in picture). It was there when I bought it and I had pictures done when I wore it on our cruise and it did not show. Beautiful dress for many occasions!
