Teal Shrug/cardigan ✨

The most adorable, lightweight cardigan/ shrug. Has ruffle sleeves, a waistband in the back for a fitted look, and the front can either hang down or be tied! I love this to elevate any outfit and would look especially adorable with a dress or skirt.
