Teal cocktail dress or prom dress from New Zealand

This is a prom dress I bought over from New Zealand but sadly does not fit me anymore. My loss is your gain! This hits at midi length and has a halter back. Drapes beautifully and is very flattering on. Embroidered design under the bust. Great pre-owned condition. Size is UK 8 and fits as a smallish 2 US. Fabric is a silky polyester that you can machine wash! No more dry cleaning for you.
