Teal cocktail dress with brown belt

Suzy Chin for Maggie Boutique cocktail dress. I bought this dress at Nordstroms for special event and received numerous complements all night. Looks amazing on and has slight rouching around waist. This dress was only worn once, but there is a slight tear along seam under belt. It can be easily fixed! I discounted the dress already because of the tear. Get a fantastic deal on a beautiful dress because I am too lazy to sew it myself!
