Teal dress with glasses print-button up front, with side zipper-Collared

This dress is beautiful but unfortunately I’m just a little to broad on top. This is a perfect style for teachers. This dress is by Circus. I’m in between a size 2 and 4 and it fits fairly well everywhere not including the shoulders where it happens to be somewhat tight!
