Teal dress with shoulder cutouts

Blue green dress with v-neck and shoulder cutouts. Cutouts go all the way down to the elbow. Dress is not form fitting just falls nicely. Decently long dress, not a midi or a mini but somewhere in between. It says size XS but more like a S. Material is very cottony and comfortable!
