Teal green and black houndstooth wool skirt size large

An adorable, vintage skirt, in excellent condition, two generous front pockets, cute kick pleat in the front. Also a kick pleat in the back fully lined, 100% pure new wool, lining is polyester size 18 (UK size) this is made in Great Britain. Hidden zipper at the back and a button closure. The waist measures 16 1/2 inches across. Please pay attention to the waist measurement, I checked a skirt chart and it seems to be a USA size 14, but please check the measurements yourself.
