Teal jumper vest

This cute vest has long flowing fabric like shark tooth on the bottom. Sort of high low. The top is like a jumper to be worn over a shirt. Has cute bottom accents on the shoulders. I like that that fabric flows and hangs loosely, yet can be wrapped around the middle. The excess fabric at the bottom sort of make the top have a V to highlight your face. There is no size, if I had to guess I would say from a Med- XXL. Fun teal color.
