Teal midi dress

Bought this dress from a boutique in Rio de Janiero, Brazil Unfortunately it doesn’t fit me any more Size small, but runs large as it feels like a 4-6 High quality fabric with liner. Worn once. Has very tiny spot on waistline and shown in photos which is why I priced so low. Retailed at boutique for $80USD Would look fabulous with a brown waisted belt and nude pumps!
