Teal short Cinderella dress♥️

Beautiful teal/ blue jeweled sweetheart cut frill dress. Worn twice and still in good condition. A few stains on the top frill on the front. Please see 6th and 7th photo. This dress can only be spot cleaned. Top is built in with padding. Please let me know if you have any questions. Dress was purchased from a boutique.
