This vintage swing skirt may be the last of its kind. From Rockmount Ranch Wear in Denver. Abigail says the waist is approx 25-27. See pic w yardstick showing about 13" across.
Zip closure in back PLUS BUTTON, WHICH IS MISSING. But adding new button may help a bit with sizing.
Some general fading with age, but no stains/odors.
