Teal-Floral Print Blouse NWOT

This blouse is the cutest! I bought it on a whim and it was to small through my shoulders. 3/4 quarter sleeves, elastic neckline for off shoulder wear, the sleeves have a little tie at the ends that is sewn on and can’t be undone. I’m 5’5 and it came down almost over my butt.
