Teal/light blue formal dress

Teal/light blue dress perfect for a formal dance. it cinches perfectly around the waist and it almost hits my knees (i’m 5’4). has a cute flower lace pattern and is a halter neck. very flattering. worn once and in perfect condition. says size 5/6 but i’m a 4 and it fits perfectly (would be considered a size small)
