"Tease" brand neon prom dress

Neon yellow prom dress. Shiny satin, full length; lots of layers underneath so it doesn't just fall straight but rather flares out at the bottom. This dress style is super classy, the color makes it fun and vibrant. This was a project purchase because I got such a good deal on it, was hoping to have it altered down but with all the layers underneath the seamstress recommended not. I paid less than the tag shows, just trying to recoup what I spent. Because this will be bulky to ship, price reflects the upgrade in shipping as well(I'll upgrade the label after purchase) please note, you'll probably want this professionally steamed to get rid of wrinkles from shipping.
