On one side, the band seems to be stuck and does not bend, it is likely because of corrosion inside the band.. It is possible there is a way to fix it to loosen it up again. In any case, I have made pictures to show how the band looks when it is bent. If attached on hand, it is not a problem for thicker wrist. For a tiny wrist, the band may not be flexible enough. But again, the watch maker will likely suggest a solution if available. The glass on the watch is perfect and no damage.
