@ltoliver11 yes when I was consistent with wearing it. I could tell a difference when I didn't. The only thing is I wish I was more committed in wearing it to more of a coke bottle shape. My body is like Serena, no defined waist, so if I was better wearing it I am sure I would see the results I wanted. 😊
