This is a New with Tags, dress by Ted Baker. I purchased it in a shop in London. It is a Woman's Size 8 - Ted Size - 3 SEE THE SIZE CHART BELOW. Ted Baker clothing has it's own sizing. It is a short dress that has 3/4 sleeves. There is a logo on the zipper with the cutout upside down Ted "T". You can wear this designer dress to the office during the day and then pair it with classy accessories for your Cocktail Dress, to a Dance, a party, to a wedding, to dinner or anywhere you need an elegant, yet sexy stunning dress Very good quality. It is not lined. The under dress is solid Black. The overhung top tunic is Black, Green, Purple, Browns and Beige (tulips). The fabric is a Polyester/Elastane blend. It is very stretchy. Please see all the photos for the way the dress/tunic top wears. It is in great condition . I've described it to the best of my ability. I purchased it in a charity shop in London. It is clean . All the charity or vintage shops in the UK spray a freshener on their clothing. There will be a pleasing scent on the dress but it doesn't affect the dress.
