The sweetest top from Ted Baker with soft, silky-smooth, fitted ribbed fabric, and the most delicate and feminine ruffles along the collar and sleeves. Pretty and flattering and in great condition. This top has never been worn! It's a UK size 2. It seems like it's meant to be fitted, but still seems big. I usually wear a medium in tops and it definitely fits, but is a bit loose. Really a cute top and perfect for layering!!
