This Ted Baker Dress Shirt works well with a tie or open collar. This is a regular fit. but the sizing never quite fit me right so it was barely worn. As with most Ted Baker shirts, attention to the details; features nice subtleties: polka dot accents, stripped colllar and cuffs, collar clasp.
