Ted Baker London Kandal High Neck Hi Lo Dress 4/L. This item is new without tags. It still has it's original plastic cover over the zipper. There is one minor flaw on the back where there is a light pull in the material. See pic. It's very hard to see. Measures flat approximately Chest - 19.5" Length - 39" long in the front and 45.5" long in the back. Size chart says this dress is a US size L Back zip closure
