Ted Baker London Ninof strappy blue heels LIKE NEW

These are Ted Baker high heels in the style Ninof. They are a deep royal blue velvet. They were worn only once to a wedding and have been sitting in my closet since. They are EUR 40.5 / USA 9.5 but to me run a half size/full size small. I normally fit in 9-9.5 and these were a little tighter than expected imo. So if you are a 8-9 in other brands then these should fit you perfectly.
