Measurements are below to ensure proper fit. Navy-Pink-Neon Green Halter neckline with side zip closure. Beautiful pink lining Delicate wash inside out with no tumble dry Flat lay measurments: Underarm to underarm - 17" Waist - 14" Length from waist to bottom of hem - 21.5" The dress was a little too small for the mannequin I have, so the fit isn't perfect.
