What does chest and waist measure? Any pics of it being worn?

@jennstuker this dress does have a little stretch. Without the stretch and lying flat, chest is 14.5" and the waist is 13.5", from seam to seam. The bust does have darts and the 14.5' measurement does not include this additional circumference. Hope this makes sense.
