Ted Baker elegant cocktail dress- never worn.

Ted Baker elegant evening/cocktail dress. The top is a soft cream color and the bottom black half is made from a stretchy material. It is size 2 but could fit a size 4 with smaller breasts. It’s been in my closet for a few years but it’s never been worn.
