Ted Lapidus VTG dress. Black and white colors. Striped detailing and velvet feel floral rose details. Solid black contrast. Puffy upper sleeves with fitted lower sleeves. Layered skirt look. Button details at sleeve cuffs. Size 38 = US 8. Approx measurements while flat- pit to pit: 15", length: 45", waist: 13", hips: 17" Very good condition, but has some loose stitching at the hem and a pull.
