See layed flat measurements- 16” across chest, 18” at hip, shoulder to first ruffle 32” and 34” to bottom. Black lining with skimmer overlayed attached blue top with flattering zig-zag design. Has small shoulder pads to give short sleeves a shimmering effect. This is flowing and comfortable. Clean, no tears, no snags, no stains, no smells. Keep in my clean dry house closet for years.
