Teenflo Vintage Brocade Stretch Pencil or Mini Skirt

This Teenflo fitted pencil skirt is most likely from the 90s. It looks like brocade but is not thick and it has quite a bit of stretch to it. There are darts on the front and back extending from the waist, and 1.5" slits on both sides. It closes in the back with a 7" zipper that goes up as far as the last picture shows. It just misses the last little part of the pieces of plastic, which could either be left or maybe fixed with a little force. Made in Canada Size: 8 - Fits more like a 4/6 Measurements: Waist: 27" Length: 21" 35" around at bottom Material: 59% rayon, 39% cotton, 2% spandex Condition: Excellent vintage condition. I can't find any flaws apart from the zipper.
