These skirts have elastic waists and are lined with 15" long stretchy jersey material underneath the top layer which is a fuller gathered skirt 21" long. These are pull on skirts and look very similar to ballet attire and could be worn as such. But these were made for street attire and can be worn with a white tee or other casual tops. wear.
