Tempted Girls Lined Dress is size medium. Dress is black with pink polka dots all over shirt. Dress is Sheer with a black lining sewn in. Because of lining only sleeves are see through. There is elastic is at neckline and sleeves. Chest elastic is called Smocking. Made in China. Shell & lining both 100% polyester. I thought it was a blouse but with the length I feel it’s a dress. Neckline at shoulder to hem 24” long. Underarm to hem 17” long.
