Tempted Sleeveless Retro Pattern Dress

Super soft! Great detail! 14” across chest elastic band (expandable) 35” top to bottom Top of chest area to waistband approx 12” Tiny section of chest area unstitched (pictured). Could probably be fixed easily. Would definitely be covered if a jacket or sweater were over dress. It is near underarm area.
