Tennis Dress - fits like XS

Just received this tennis dress and it’s too small for me. It feels more like an x-small. Tags still on - just looking to recoup what I paid inc shipping 😁. It’s very cute and I wish it fit me! My other tennis dresses (Fila, Head, etc.), fit fine in small so either this is mismarked or Prince runs small (although I have not found that in their tennis skirts).
