Can easily be altered by a professional if dress is too long which would make the blemish marks disappear In good pre-owned condition. Has some blemishes at hem from touching the floor but I was able to remove most with hand wash. A little tearing area at tulle hem. Some beads missing but nothing significant. One of the layering underneath seem to have been hemmed at home and tulle hemmed too. Hanger straps tied into knot as they seem to have tore or maybe previous owner used them as straps? Overall, these are minor flaws that aren't noticeable while wearing unless someone reallllyyyy inspects it while you're wearing its.
