shopfeisty @jdkjpo Hi there! This dress has only been worn once and is in excellent condition. As mentioned, it has been tacked on the sides to make the bust/waist areas smaller. It can be taken out to make it bigger, as the fabric was not cut, or just left as is. Beading has no damage to it. Let me know if you have other questions. Thank you!!
