These leggings were actually made in New York City. I had to look it up, because almost nothing is made there as it costs so much more money than across the pond. The colors and design really catches your eye and is a conversation piece. Size medium with a wide waist for added comfort and easy to pull on. They are above the ankles, so I would call them capris.
