Teri Jon Mother/Grandmother of bride/groom light blue beaded gown size 10

Hello! My mom (grandmother) bought this dress about 3-4 weeks ago to wear to my son’s wedding in October but it is way too big and alterations will be very difficult to do to make it fit right because she is petite. We were hoping it would work but seamstress says it wont fit right. Dress has not been worn orher than trying it on. It is a BEAUTIFUL Teri Jon dress. Size 10 (no alterations) in a pretty pale blue with beautiful details. It was on clearance rack at bridal store so we cannot return it! Original price was over $1000!
