Hi, I am not sure if this dress will fit and if in real life the color will work etc, but I will not return it and it appears lovely. Hence, the lower bid. I might never wear it, but also thinking of it for a shower as you did. Thank you for your time.

Thank you. I have to think about it. I wear a size 4, but with alterations can do a 6. Btw. The shipping tax and alterations in length and bodice, the price will be around $200. One more question, you list the dress as green, the pictured tag has “Blue” and the pictures vary. When looking at the dress in real life, does it appear green or blue? Thank you,

Hi, I will likely wear the dress for my future daughter-in-law's shower this weekend. Just thought I would let you know what happened. I looked like a clown in the dress. It was far too poofy and laid terrible in the skirt, which I suspect is why you didn't wear it. There is not a hint of blue in the dress- disappointing- it is a seafoam green. I had the dress shortened and taken in a couple inches down the skirt on each side. Still looking, but may yet wear it, as it is better than before.

@cskylark hi, color is a hard thing to describe. I did mention in our conversation I thought it leaned more green, but looked blueish too. As for fit, that’s the hard with Poshmark. I’m 5’10 I would have just hemmed it a bit had I chosen to wear it. I ended up finding something I liked better for my daughter’s shower. I understand what a special day this is and you want to look great. I hope the dress works out, I do think it’s very pretty. Hope the shower is a beautiful day.
