Terra Sky layered flowery tunic, pleated with flowing sleeves size 1X 16W-18W

This is an adorable layer top. The top is a pleated tunic, somewhat like a princess cut where the pleating starts. Top has flowing, opened sleeves. It is 30" from the shoulder to the hem. The fabric is 100% polyester. The top tunic is somewhat see-through. The camisole underneath is opaque black. The two are connected at the shoulders.
