cali_gal777 @allthings_fab Hello thank you for liking this beautiful blouse. I’m just learning how to use this app. So please bare with me. I lowered the price to $19 once if a new person that likes the listing you can’t make the offer again it has to be even lower.. seems odd. I guess the only way is to make an offer.
