Black with beautiful eye catching blue and lime green flowers. Rayon. Lined, 41 1/2 inches waist to bottom . Fitted down the legs , flowy bottom . Waist is about 26inches but back is stretch band so can be a little bigger. Looks great with boots and sweater or tank and sandals!
