Teuta Matoshi Blue Embroidered w/flowers + words Tulle Short Dress in size Small, brand new without tags - never worn or washed. No interior tag - ripped off when I was trying to fit myself into it - I have gained weight so this won't fit me in the near future. This gorgeous dress features a sweetheart neckline, bust cups (no bra needed) + corset top, long sleeves that can be worn on or off the shoulder, the sleeves are also detachable (see pic 8), layers of embroidered tulle with flowers + words, lined all over except the sleeves are sheer/see through, complete corset back - laces all the way up + is adjustable and is the shorter length of the pink version I also have for sale in my closet.
