Per Poshmark policy, we should not communicated outside of Poshmark messaging: Off-platform communication: You may not request someone contact you by phone, email, or other means outside of Poshmark’s established community spaces to support the completion of a transaction. If there is an issue with viewing the item, I would recommend contacting Poshmark Support. I am going to reach out to Poshmark to ask their recommendation on how to communicate when these issues arise as well.
