tisket @sonjaupham Relaxed is 15", stretched (it's quite stretchy material) is 19"+. Super comfortable!

tisket @likeswool I have washed it, yes. It's a bit less vibrant than in the original post pics, I will add current photos tonight and tag you. Otherwise in solid condition, only worn a handful of times while in my care. I am just a different size now.
