This super feminine striped top has a smocked bodice and a swingy peplum. Please note: This top runs small, so I recommend buying one size larger than your normal size. Fitted. Poly/nylon/spandex. Machine wash. Tried on, but never worn. NOTE: the pictures from Madewell show a black top, the color I'm selling the top in can be seen in later pictures.
