Textured Flared Circle Skirt That Has POCKETS!

Classy Ivory Flared Skirt with an embedded petticoat for extra "floof." Has a pattern of puffy little coffee shaped gatherings of fabric all over it. This is not new, it has been worn. There's tiny little terracotta colored stains in places (most of them I could find and take a picture of was under the main skirt on the petticoat but there was one tiny faded one on the outer front of the skirt (several pictures of a few of them). As you can see by the pictures not really noticeable.
