Worn once and in excellent condition. Could pass for a Tunic and would be so cute with tights! Sleeves measure 18.5" (~3/4 sleeves); top of shoulder to bottom hem measures 30". Double layered and opaque. Made of rayon, spandex and polyester..made in USA 🇺🇸
