Thai batik cotton circle maxi skirt

This amazingly beautiful skirt begins with an elastic tie waistband. It is a one size fits most, and the waist was stretched to 22 inches however, it would be very tight. My best suggestion is a medium or large sizing. It’s a lot of skirt for a small this is a beautiful tie motif cotton in a bright, orange and beautiful deep. Joel, Tom, blues and Colton yellows. This is paneled in patchwork into a full circle. In excellent condition.
